Located in the center of Osaka, this park covers an area of 105.6 hectares and is dotted with historical buildings, including the Osaka Castle Keep.
In addition, there are many spots where visitors can enjoy beautiful seasonal flowers, such as the Nishinomaru Garden with approximately 300 cherry trees and the Plum Grove with 1,270 plum trees in full bloom.
And music concerts are frequently held at the Osaka Castle Music Hall and Osaka Castle Hall.
There are also a variety of sports facilities, including an archery range and a shudo-kan. In spring and fall, there are also wonderful events held every year, such as a tree-planting market and nighttime cherry blossom viewing in Nishinomaru Garden.
